Every stock change, in order

Daizy records every stock in, stock out, move, and set. Movements is that history.

Use it when you need to know who changed a quantity, when, and at which location.

Find a movement

The list is newest first. Filter by:

• Search text (item, notes, or contact)
• Type (in, out, move, set)
• Location
• Contact, when the movement is tied to a supplier or customer

Open a row to see the lines, quantities, and resulting on-hand.

Import and export

Export the current filtered list when you need a spreadsheet. Import is for loading historical movements — prefer the stock task screens for work that is happening now, so on-hand stays in sync.

What a movement is not

Movements are posted history. You do not edit a movement to correct stock. Record a new stock in, stock out, move, or set instead. The new movement is the correction; both rows stay in the list.
