Reports

Stock, quantity, inventory, and sales snapshots

Reports are snapshots you can reopen later. They are on the Business plan.

Open Reports to see saved reports, or create a new one.

Types

• Stock summary — quantity in, out, and on hand over a date range
• Quantity as of — on hand at the end of a chosen date
• Inventory — quantity, value, turnover, and days of stock
• Sales — profit and purchases against sales for orders

Each report is a snapshot. Opening an old report shows the numbers from when you ran it, not a live query. Run again starts a new report with the same type and filters.

Create and export

1. Go to Reports and choose New report.
2. Pick the type, period, and any filters.
3. Generate it. Open it from the list when you need it again.

Export a saved report as a PDF, or as a zip that contains the PDF and CSV files. Exports are also available from some live pages (movements, items) without creating a saved report.

Plans

Reports are included during the 14-day Business trial and on a paid Business plan. On Free, open Settings → Billing to subscribe. Reports you already saved stay stored and open again when Business is active.
