Team and settings
Members, units, custom fields, and billing
Settings holds organization defaults: who can sign in, which units you count in, extra item fields, and the plan you are on.
Only people with permission see Settings in the sidebar.
Members
Owners can invite teammates from Settings → Members. Each member has a role that controls whether they can change stock, edit the catalog, or manage the team.
Use the invitation link Daizy emails. The new member joins this organization — they do not get a second copy of your catalog.
Units
Units are how you count: each, kg, box, and so on. Add the units you actually use, then pick one when you create an item.
Changing an item’s unit does not convert historical quantities. Pick the unit you count on the floor and keep it.
Custom fields
Settings → Fields adds extra attributes to items (material, size, supplier SKU). After you create a field, it appears on the item record.
Keep fields that operators need to identify stock. Leave the rest off so create-item stays short.
Billing
Settings → Billing shows the current plan. A new organization starts with 14 days of Business. After that, Free includes 200 active items, one location, stock in, out, and set, and the owner. Business includes 1,000 active items, unlimited locations, the owner plus two team members, contacts, purchases, sales, reports, and labels.
Existing items, locations, and memberships stay when a trial or subscription ends. You can keep using what you already have. You cannot add past the Free caps, and teammates without a seat cannot open the organization until it subscribes or an owner removes them.
Upgrade from that page when you need Business.
